What’s free, and when do I pay?
Every design and hosting feature is free for up to 75 guests per event, including the Card Studio and event website. Paid plans increase your guest limit: $15 for up to 150 guests, $45 for up to 300 and $110 for up to 900. One payment per event, no subscription.
Do guests need an app or account?
No. Guests open their invitation in any browser and reply without creating an account: nothing to download and nothing to sign up for.
Can I use my own design?
Yes. Upload your own design, then add or position boxes for the event name, date, time and location in the Card Studio. HeyVite handles personal guest links, RSVPs and reminders around your artwork.
Can I send invitations by WhatsApp?
Yes. Copy each guest’s personal invitation link and share it yourself through WhatsApp or text. You can also send invitations by email through HeyVite.
Are the invitations private?
Your guest list is hidden and name search is off by default. Each guest uses a personal link to view their invitation and reply. Anyone with that link can use it, so share links individually. You can enable name search for an event if you want a shared link.
