Is HeyVite really free?
Yes. The free plan is $0 and it is a plan, not a trial. No credit card required. You can design an invitation, email it or share each guest’s personal link yourself, and track RSVPs for up to 75 guests per event. Paid plans give you room for a bigger guest list.
Do guests pay anything to RSVP?
No. Guests never pay, never create an account, and never download an app. Your invitation opens right in their browser, they reply in a tap, and every response (attending, declined, plus-ones) lands on your dashboard in real time.
Is there a catch to the free plan?
No. Every feature is included on the free plan: premium and luxe designs, the full Card Studio, your own uploaded artwork, the envelope reveal, an event website, reminders and messaging. There is no watermark or ads. The limit is size: a free event holds up to 75 guests, and one payment raises that. $15 for up to 150 guests, $45 for up to 300 and $110 for up to 900. Guest Privacy is on by default.
How is HeyVite different from Evite’s free invitations?
On HeyVite’s free plan, every guest receives a personal link to their own invitation, and replies gather on one live dashboard with plus-ones and head counts. HeyVite emails invitations, or you can share each guest’s link yourself through WhatsApp or text. Guests do not need an account, and upgrading is one payment per event.
What exactly does the free plan include?
The full Card Studio, email invitations or personal links you share yourself, and live RSVP tracking for up to 75 guests per event. Guest Privacy is on by default: guests cannot browse the list, while you and co-hosts with the relevant permissions can manage responses. Yes. Paid plans are a single payment for a single event: $15, $45 or $110 depending on how many guests you need. There is no recurring charge. Upgrading changes exactly one thing: the guest limit. Every design and feature, including the event website, is already on the free plan.
